Our annual day trip to the Hamptons Wine Country is fast approaching, and I couldn’t be more excited! This is my 8th time hosting this beautiful day trip filled with wine, sunshine, and laughter.
One of the things that makes my heart the happiest is seeing Black women enjoy themselves. We all wear something breezy that makes us feel beautiful. From sundresses to coordinated sets, everyone has their moment to shine. We greet each other with hugs and compliments as we board the bus.
Private transportation takes us to three beautiful wineries with a wide range of selections from sweet to dry. The tasting rooms and vineyards are gorgeous, with plenty of spaces to take your Instagram-worthy photos.
We enjoy a beautiful catered lunch, complete with dessert. You’re welcome to purchase a bottle of your favorite wine to go with our gorgeous meal.
At each winery, we’ll find wines we want to take home, and decide to split cases to take advantage of the volume discounts. Everyone goes home with something they adore.
Our final stop is a famous farmstand, known for their fresh organic produce and fantastic whole pies! My favorite is the blueberry cream pie; lovely crust filled with fresh cream, and topped with a generous layer of blueberry compote. The essence of a beautiful summer!
