Booked and Bougie: A Beach Day to Remember

Booked and Bougie had a lovely time at Asbury Park Beach this weekend. We opened registrations to both current members and women interested in our community, and had an incredible turnout!

Personally, I love spending the entire day at the beach, so I was there from 8 AM- 6 PM. Guests arrived throughout the day. It was my pleasure to serve my famous pasta salad and fresh fruit, and everyone brought a snack to share.

I noticed that women gravitated towards one another pretty easily; they would sit together and start talking, and realize they had lots of things in common. I adore creating space for women to align with one another. It happens every time we host a Booked and Bougie event. We enjoyed lots of laughter and sunshine; so many women said this was just what they needed.
