Over the past year, Booked & Bougie has blossomed into a national sisterhood of Black women who value luxury, community, travel, softness, healing, and the beauty of living life with intention. What began as a local vision has expanded into 11 chapters across the country, a thriving membership program, transformational group experiences, and events that nurture the mind, body, and spirit.
As we step into our next season of expansion, from national partnerships to upcoming international experiences, it has become clear that this community deserves a full, present, supported leadership team.
And so, for the first time, Booked & Bougie is officially hiring.
This moment represents more than roles being filled.

💕 1. Virtual Community Organizer (Part-Time)
Compensation: 12 months of premium coaching (valued at $13,000)
Hours: 5–7 hours/week
Location: Remote (U.S. based preferred)
The Virtual Community Organizer holds the heart of Booked & Bougie online. This role is for someone who is warm, consistent, intuitive, and passionate about fostering connection among Black women.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming new members
- Posting weekly “vibe check” prompts
- Encouraging participation in forums & discussion spaces
- Uploading event photos and recaps
- Supporting chapter leaders with reminders
- Maintaining an uplifting, soft, supportive community tone
- Helping retain members through presence & engagement

Hours: 8–10 hours/week
Location: Remote
This is a highly important role for the next phase of Booked & Bougie and Travel by Chrystal. The Admin/E.A. supports our operational flow, communication, scheduling, and inbox organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the main inbox
- Responding to member & client questions
- Scheduling calls & meetings
- Supporting travel logistics (no money handling)
- Sending follow-up emails
- Keeping calendars organized
- Tracking communication and deadlines
- Maintaining confidentiality and a supportive tone
An aligned candidate is:

We are seeking a creative, discreet, intuitive Social Media Manager to curate the official Booked & Bougie Instagram and TikTok pages, growing them with elegance, brand aesthetics, and storytelling that reflects our luxury sisterhood.
Responsibilities include:
- Posting daily content (carousels, reels, photos)
- Designing branded Canva graphics
- Managing DMs with professionalism & discretion
- Protecting the brand image and energy
- Coordinating content with other team members
- Highlighting events, members, and chapter activity
- Helping grow our online presence & recruitment
An aligned candidate is:
- visually creative

- skilled with Canva, TikTok, CapCut, & Instagram
- comfortable handling sensitive or unexpected messages
