All payments—including deposits and installments—are nonrefundable.
This ensures we can secure vendors, experiences, transportation, and facilitators on your behalf.

Travel insurance is required to provide optional personal coverage for unexpected circumstances.

✨ What airport should I fly into?

Please book your flight into:

San Francisco International Airport (SFO)

Two group shuttles will be provided from SFO to our three recommended hotels.
Shuttle times will be shared closer to travel; they will likely be 12 PM and 2 PM local time.

If you cannot align with a shuttle time, you’ll need to arrange your own transportation to Napa.

We provide:

Two scheduled shuttles from SFO to the Archer Hotel
The shuttle will then stop at our two additional recommended hotels

On departure day, the shuttle will return guests to SFO.

If you miss the shuttle or require different timing, please arrange an Uber, Lyft, or private transfer.

Guests will book their own hotel accommodations from our curated list:

Mid-Range: The Napa River Inn
Boutique/Chic: Andaz Napa Valley

Sessions and events will be within walking distance of each hotel. Transportation will be provided for our Dinner En Blanc.
